Kelly's Little Nipper
1701 E Grand AveDes Moines, IA 50316
Capitol East institution since 1940. Ernie Nipper took over in 1981 and the legend continues. Down-to-earth staff, great food, and 85 years of dive bar perfection. One local called it "the best dive bar I ever found" after 35 years in Des Moines.
