Miles Inn

CELEBRATED 100 YEARS IN 2025. Started in 1913 as a tarpaper shack, became Miles Inn in 1925. Famous for the "Charlie Boy" sandwich (loose meat/tavern sandwich) - sells over 100,000 per year. Recipe is a closely guarded family secret. Old time, blue-collar bar full of beer lights, Iowa Hawkeyes signs and old time pictures. Three-sided bar, pool table that never appears to be idle. No bar maids - everything ordered at the bar. Originally served stockyard workers.
